bob ....out of all the top drivers Mclaren have had over the last few years including several ex WDC's Alonso. Kimi, Button, Montoya, Heikki etc.. ONLY HAMILTON GOT THEM THE WDC!! The equal of Alonso in his rookie year for gods sake, honestly can you imagine Button doing that? Button struggled against such greats as Ralf Schumacher, Fisichella and Trulli in his first few seasons. Good steady driver who will always get the car home safely, but nowhere near as fast and aggresive as Hamilton. That is why Hamilton is so popular with race fans as he is exiting to watch, never a driver to just sit back and inherit points. Win or Sometimes crash and make mistakes trying! Im not a fan of any individual driver before I get accused of being a Fanboy. but know who i would rather watch as a RACE FAN.
