Richard, the F-duct system wasn't a pasive system as it had to be trigerd by the driver, it being allowed by the FIA is still regarded as one of the bigest flip backs undertaken by the FIA. Re testing and championship results, testing times do mean a lot to me regardles of what they mean to others. Re the problem of a pasive DRS system, the problem is in having the system switched off which can be dangerouse. The denominator of the RB9 like the models before it centres around the difuser and blowing it, with the rules as are the others can only catch up and faster than RB can improve what they already have.
