@Jaycee, I'm pretty sure you're a bit off on your assessment on Button. Button's problem isn't actually setting up the car. In fact he can and has set the car up beautifully before which has worked wonders for him. Button's issue is IF he gets the setup wrong, he can't adjust as well as a Hamilton or Alonso. He has a pretty narrow optimal performance window. As for the car, it's understandable why they went the direction they went in. McLaren themselves admitted they were at the end of the development curve of last year's car so it may have started quick but likely would have languished towards the end of the season. Now they have what appears to be a potentially very quick car but it's inconsistent. Sometimes it'll perform great (and Button has put some great lap times in during testing) and sometimes it's plagued with understeer (though I don't think that's a worst case scenario or Button or Perez). It's interesting because McLaren look to be the 'wild card' for the first few races.
