The difference in the era of Ferrari domination and Red Bull domination is that the rulemakers waited until Ferrari had won 5 titles in a row before they made up a special rule to destroy them. The one tire per race rule that they apparently had prior knowledge that Bridgestone would struggle to cope with.
With Red Bull they have been constantly making up new rules to ban whatever aspect of the car that Adrian was perfecting. They have even "changed the rules in the middle of the game" when they threw a wrench into Red Bulls workings in the middle of the season over diffuser blowing.
Oh, and you forgot to mention that both cars were driven by Germans at the top of their game.
Wonder how long this new young German can hold out in the face of the greedy and jealous people who control the sport?
VOLLGAS SEBSATIAN !!!!!!!!
