When I first heard McLaren were building a whole new car, I thought that was a big mistake. Mclarens downside is that they are perfectionists and that has come around to hurt them. They had the fastest car in the final race last year. With this year's nearly same regulations, why change a great thing? Now they start from square one again, and why? To keep developing throughout the season? On top, they have to learn the pull rod suspension and how to tweak it perfectly. As Steve Matchett said, why go with such a big mechanical change
