@AMG stop looking for baseless conspiracy theories. Only someone completely ignorant would look for conspiracy in this situation. Congratulations I guess. As they say, ignorance is bliss.
Fact is Webber got a bad start, nothing new. His starts are his obvious achilles heel. As for Massa, he was ahead of Alonso and was given preferential treatment first time round. Alonso pitted earlier than expected second time around, probably a call made by the man himself. He's a double world champion and got held up. Sounds like an easy strategy call to me.
