I don't share the view that McClaren will be in the running later in the season, in any case it would be too late by then to rescue their dire start. The facts are that McClaren are gradually dropping away from the top three just as Williams did. No constructors championship since god knows when and a single championship for Hamilton five years ago. Hamilton must be a happy man. Don't know what the answer is for McClaren but for one thing they are far too cocky for their own good they also lack a driver who can get the best out of what they give him on a regular basis. Buttos's a good no2 to someone who is quick because he has the experience and does'nt throw it in the wall like Hamilton did. However the way things are going I can't see any top driver wanting to go to McClaren especially if they drop down below Mercedes and Lotus in the pecking order.
