@Elijah. Your point about maintaining the running order after pit stops, hypocritical as it is considering how team orders are usually hated here, might apply to RBR to a degree. With Merc the situation was entirely different. Britney was so much faster than Hamilton, that it wasn't a case of avoiding the danger of an inter-team battle. Britney could have just passed Hamilton and disappeared in to distance. Even worse was Merc flat out lying to Britney. "Lewis is doing the times we want, he can go a lot faster too". Yes for a lap or two and then run out of juice before the race is over. What kind of an idiot does Brawn think he has driving the second car. Merc short fueled Hamilton and he used too much fuel in a desperate attempt to stay with the leaders. Britney, who had driven a perfect race, was then punished for these two errors and was clearly not happy. Sadly for him the team wont "remember this" as he told them.
