John, compare the pace at which DRS assisted Sebastian earlier in the race to the pace at which DRS assisted him when he executed the pass. Seb caught mark rapidly from a long way back on the straight.
The only explanation is that Marks engine was not running at top speed down the straight and he was not using KERS. Both are measures employed to improve longevity of the engines.
It was not fuel saving it was engine saving because they only have 8, there is a difference.
