some seem to believe that there was a pre race instruction , but this was not the case. i presume that rbr did not think that the two cars would be side by side towards the end of the race. webber had not slowed down, BEFORE his pit exit, but vettel had caught him. as i have mentioned elsewhere, multi 21 was not a code to hold station, but was an instruction to use engine map 21. obviously none of us are privy to all the radio messages, but it would be nice to know when webber was gien the instruction, by his pit, and when vettel was given the instruction by HIS pit.
