It's called a RACE because you're supposed to be RACING each other. If crappy ass tires and rules about engine and gearbox longevity turn the last 1/3 of what's supposed to be a race into a stately procession, then it's boring for everyone.
Seb has been consistently quicker than Webber the entire time they've been team mates. In fact, it is Seb's ability to help the team in setting up and fine tuning the car that has in turn helped Webber's career immensely. Until Seb came to Red Bull, Webber had zero wins and just two podium (3rd) finishes in seven years of F1 driving, but in the four years since Vettel joined the team he's had nine wins and 33 podiums.
Webber should be thankful to Seb for helping him resurrect what had been turning into a Nick Heidfeld-like winless career as an also ran.
