Webber is upset because he played ball and did what he was told to do by the team, and it bit him in the butt...so now he's asking, "Why should I listen to you, when you tell me to turn down my engines and hold position...when clearly, Vettel doesn't think it's important to?" He lost a race and 7 championship points because he played by the rules and Vettel didn't. So any reasonable driver would be extremely hesitant to accept team orders like that, again...and personally, I don't think Webber should. He should just race to the finish, every time out, for the rest of the season...regardless of what Horner says. He should just listen to his race engineer and that's it.
