grumpy. no, it has NOT been explained as an order to hold position. if it has, can you give me the name of official who explained it! multi 21 refers to an engine map only. and order to hold position is given in plain english. it may have been given, but it certainly was not put out on air. so you are just speculating as to its meaning. and as i said before. how come that webber, with a "turned down" engine, was able to dice with seb, and even pass him and finally to keep up with him. you dont know the full facts, i dont know the full facts, but it is not clever make statements unless there is proof to back them up. i might pose questions, or suggest a different scenario, but at the end of the day, it is totally the responsibility of rbr to sort it out. they didnt act over webbers misdemeanours, and this is no worse. i still admire seb for making a RACE out of it!
