I would not expect Helmut Marko to say anything except "all is well" . Any team or company for that matter that that is in a competition and shows the possibility of inner turmoil within a team dynamic will be unsettling for the team. This could be seen as seen as a possible weakness or 'chink in the armour' from competitors. But the bottom line is Trust between and team is at question here. There's very revealing article on a "When There is an I in team" blog at changequest (co.uk) which explains what is at stake for Red Bull and the modern Formula 1 teams today.
