Let's discuss turning engine down: 5 laps before last pitstop Webber is faster .6 than Vettel, 4 laps till piststop Vettel faster for .7 than Mark .3 than Vettel .4 sec. Before Vettel went to pit difference is 3.1 sec, vettel drives fastest lap 1.40". Webber has crappy middle section and has lap time around 1.42" difference is 21 sec. Webber goes to pit 20.7" goes out and got .3 in-front of Vettel, then they raced for 2 laps. My question is when Webber turned down his engine?
