Whilst i don't like team orders in general, they are a fact, and sometimes are there to protect the team rather than the drivers' egos. In both cases we saw how much respect two of the drivers have for their team (bosses). In both cases "management" (Lauda and the Helmet) have made clueless (or possibly tactical) statements that do nothing for team stability or credibility. Let the feckers race...
