It's not every time Seb passes Mark, Seb has made passes on Mark in full engine map and that was fair and square. Those 2 seperate occasions "were" on sucker punch terms. Big difference.
While multi 21 might mean hold postion, both drivers were also told to wind down their engines to be within fuel limit at the end of the race.
At Silverstone, both drivers were still racing and RB told Mark not to pass in fear of another Turkey, and there was no pre agreement of team orders. In Malaysia there was a pre agreement and Seb broke it.
Another difference is Mark wasn't trying stealing a win as Ferdi won.
