Well that shows how much authority Horner wields - virtually none.
Possibly because he has earnt no respect from all of this. We all see who is boss now.... Vettel and his buddy Marco, everyone else is a bit player.
Shoddy way to run a team and I reckon not one that will earn them success in the long run.
Having little respect from those in your team isn't a great way to "manage" that team.
