Richard, as I understand it after Ferrari came out with a wheel that contains the wheel nut (wheel nut in wheel) everybody followed suit, this system is impossible to cross thread, they might not have locks any more, in that case the wheel nut threads would have to be left or right handed (the same like the old style knock on wire wheel nuts if you know what I mean) , Horner said that the nut was fully torqued, so what was at fault?
