If you look at the big picture, it all went wrong for Webber in qualifying where the fuel issue was a team failing. That pass was, in retrospect, not the best but then the team followed up the fuelling error with a pit stop error so in the cock-up stakes I make it:
I cannot believe a team would deliberately compromise the chances of one of its cars so I guess its just bad karma??
