I think you know full well what I mean Jim, Button finished 5th last weekend because he was sensible enough to follow an agreed strategy not because he was faster than anybody else and the same thing stands for the previous race. I'm also fully aware that Button beat Lewis in 2011 but what we are actually talking about is winning the championship by outdriving all the others, he did well in 2011 but he was nowhere near the championship and in 2009 he had a large advantage and made good use of it until the others caught up and he struggled to out qualify Barrichello. In addition we all know Buttons good at tactics and can outsmart some of the others but it does'nt make him a World champion. To win the championship this year Mclaren have to suddenly produce the fastest car and Button has to drive it to a number of victories and podiums, just how likely it that? Personally I would love to see him win another championship but I don't think he will as he has too much stacked against him.
