Kimi went quite well in Bahrain last year (perhaps should have just went for it that one chance he got on Vettel) so IMO outside of accidents or mechanical failures I fully expect him on the podium.
It's important for him to get points on the board soon in the season as I expect RBR and Ferrari to develop the car more than Lotus over the year as we saw last year, so he needs as much as a buffer as he can get to still be a contender for the championship come the end of the year. Luckily for him he is already miles ahead of Grosjean even after three races so that shouldn't be a problem.
