You are not on race pace because your drivers spend all Friday test sessions chasing global headlines instead of preparing the car for the race where points are scored. I am always left of the impression Hamilton and Nico spend Fridays and Saturdays trying to get the upper hand on each other about how posts the faster time. Someone has to get a grip and outline the test program. 3 things to focus on 1) High fuel load and race simulation 2) High fuel load and race simulation 3) High fuel load and race simulation.
