Doesn't it seem odd to have a series where you have massive technology with budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars and then deliberately having the tire supplier create tires that artificially reduce the impacts of all that technology just so that the racing is a more random and closer so it's more of a NASCAR-like show. Doesn't it seem like the tire suppliers should also be pushing the boundaries of tire technology and materials?
