I think Button's being very optimistic if he thinks Mclaren might be in a position to challenge for a win. The changes they've made so far while not being very extensive don't seem to have made any difference at all as they are still miles away from the quick boys. I'm not a believer in miracles and while Button has to parrot the company line he must know the car is not going to be a front runner. Also he can't be too happy that at his age he has lost another go at the championship purely because Mclaren have come up with a very poor car. Let's all hope next year's is a significant improvement because Button's career is going to end rather sooner than he wanted.
