Yes, Pirelli lowered the hard tyre minimum working temperature from 110 to 100 degrees getting the working temperature of the hard tyre closer to the medium’s 90 degree minimum working temperature. Pirelli’s lowering of the minimum working temperature of the hard tyre will affect the WO4 negatively the most of the top teams on race pace, on the other hand most if not all of the other top teams will benefit when the hard tyre is being used. And this regardless of Lulu being in the driving seat, in fact in my opinion he being in the driving seat chances are the problem can only increase.
