@ JJ I totally agree with you. All dirvers must be put by their teams on a performance pay scale. top tier drivers should be given a Maximum base pay, like for example Vettel or Alonso where they are a multiple title holders, could have a maximum of 10 million a year and then just be given bonuses on points scored, number of wins or any other performance related things. And beside these drivers earn on their personal endorsements and appearance on some events.
