I have answer for Mclaren. Hire James Key he is one of best engineer in F1 but big team has ignore his talent. He turned Force India team from bottom to middle field team with small budget. He turned Sauber team from rank just above the 3 very low budget teams to able to challenge big budget Mercedes team. His achievement in low budget team show he is one of the best Engineers compare to current successful Engineers who work with big budget for the team like Red Bull, McLaren, Lotus and Mercedes team. I believe James Key will change uncompetitive McLaren car to challenge for World Championship in short period again. There's no hope of returning Bridgestone and Michelin to F1 in near future unless what they get what they want from FIA. Tires quality will be same for next year.
