What I think is the biggest joke is the whole F1 going 'green' bit - the so called reason behind the new turbo engines next year. Never mind all of the trucks and planes and cars that transport this lot all over the globe all year. No that doesn't matter, as long as 22 F1 cars are being 'economical' for a few hours per weekend. On top of all that, by my very rough calculations, they went through nearly 450 tires during the race alone! 450!!!!!! That's not including practice or qualifying. Please someone tell me how that is environmentally friendly????
