He did a reasonable race but it was really the first time this year that he managed to do so and he would still have finished well behind Hulkenberg if Nico wouldn´t have had that pit incident. He´s also 0 for 5 in quali against Hulkenberg. I realise it´s not fair to expect him to come in and be on Hulk's level but still I'd say so far he's the worst driver on the grid along with Chilton.
With what seemed like the complete Sauber team cheering on Robin Frijns after his win and 2nd place in GP2 this weekend for a team that isn't exactly considered to be one of the best, I'm sure he's feeling the pressure. The team's probably already thinking about replacing him but for now they probably don't want to annoy Carlos too much
