These changes will mean changes to aero and suspension set-ups.

Nice to see the FIA cost-cutting plans going well, especially as most teams are up to their knees in developing the 2014 cars already.
Not so much of a problem for the really big budget teams i.e. Ferrari, RBR who are suffering most but rather irritating to lower budget teams who are managing rather better i.e. Lotus
