Mrfill, the technical article you quoted is technically correct, these people (two) you quoted knows firsthand what they are talking about. But there is a big if, if they (Pirelli) change the tyre construction all they said that will need to be changed is spot on, but we will have to wait and see if they will change or not the tyre construction, this because a tyre can be drastically changed without changing its construction. As I said yesterday, Pirelli supplied this year’s tyres to all teams to sample last year in Brazil, and now I will add to that, Pirelli also supplies a sixty percent scale tyres and also what is called a (PACEJKA MODEL) of the physical properties of the tyres to all teams this to accurately simulate the tyres in their wind tunnels. All this exposes how wrong Mercedes and RBR managed to GET IT THIS TIME, or put in another way, IT’S THEIR DESIGN AND NOT THE TYRES which others are using and racing flat out on them
