Lotus: performance based pay, better support and attention from team. Does not have the big funds however
Redbull: low pay due to vettels salary. Also has to play teammate to vettel, and Kimi unlikely to follow team orders. Only will happen if lotus development falls behind this year and kimi losses the championship that way
Mclaren: high pay if they sack button. Unlikely due to being english team. Perez won't be sacked and we all know what happened last time kim was at mclaren control freak center. Has anyone ever gone back to mclaren after leaving?
Ferrari: alonso is their center of attention, massa plays second fiddle like no other on the grid. Hard to see kimi play second fiddle like that. Low pay as well due to alonsos fat paycheque
