Elijah. read your first comment again! you are saying that red bull cannot cope with the change in characteristics and that seb is being disingenuous when he is pointing out that it is a safety issue. now you are saying the opposite. red bull are coping very well, but just because they have not had a deamination, that is no reason why they should not be concerned. for ANY car to have a sudden delamination, it is just not acceptable. rbr might not suffer, but what if another car in front suffers? does seb want to be hit by a tread, or a spinning car? I doubt it.
