@rob01 I doubt it, they've signed up till 2020 (I think) and have a seat on the board and have a commercial agreement to supply McLaren, Williams & Force India? for 2014 so I don't think so. I doubt the penalty will be as severe as McLaren got as they are a constructor, money comes 1st in F1 and sporting integrity 2nd. They might be found innocent though and the GP2 test story and helmets with no race driver colour scheme could just be an unfortunate coincidence....cough.
