I think Massa will stay due to being #2. He knows whats expected of him. He shows flashes of brilliance just when people doubt him and other than the occasional mishap, he usually finishes in the points. I think Ferrari looking at him as "he maybe not be the most capable driver in the grid, but he's the best #2 in the grid." I think any lower team would greatly benefit from him, Williams, Sauber, FIF1, but I think they're looking for younger talent. Sadly IMHO, once his Ferrari days are over, Caterham might be his best chance.
