Think the driver pairing is ok for Caterham this year. No, they're not the best drivers in F1 but they're pretty decent, with enough results in junior categories to warrant them being in F1. They're definitely no worse than last year's pairing of Kova and Vit, as shown when Kova came in in FP a few times this year and was way off the current drivers' pace eventhough everyone seemed to expect he'd be a lot faster for reasons I'll never understand. Judging by relative performance compared to teammates Guttierez and Chilton are the worst out there this year and Grosjean too but at least he has shown to have some speed sometimes. The only one I'd be sacking is Guttierez...he just doesn't seem to have the speed nor the killer instinct and he's costing the team championship positions. As for Chilton it doesn't really matter who's driving that car so as long as he pays I guess he's safe.
