@Elijah - McLaren were punished for lying to the FIA about the extent that the Ferrari info was used. If you recall they were only put on probation after the first hearing. It was not until it was disclosed that more than one person used the data that the draconian penalty was imposed. Also to say that they did not use the technical data is incorrect. Simply knowing that something is not a benefit saved McLaren the leg work of finding that out for themselves. If arrogance is now being punished (rule?) they will have to punish all of the teams.
