Kiwibob, even Whiting and an FIA legal personal said it could be seen as a Pirelli test which is the route that Brawn went down so i can see why Mercedes are accusing the FIA for double standards.
If the operatives of a governing body relays information to a team which that governing body does not agree with then that governing body in this case the FIA must look at themselves and their staff.
