Not only found to have gained an advantage but also found to have broken/breached article 22.4 also found to have brought the sports into disrepute.
And the tribunal also found that Charlie Whiting had given “qualified” approval to test.
After these findings the tribunal took and implemented the suggested penalty by the accused (Mercedes).
In my opinion the FIA has been exposed to total ridicule by the actions of Charlie Whiting, his position is now unattainable.
