I wonder what level of performance Webber is talking about exactly...He isn't exactly setting the world alight pacewise, lost poins at the beginning of the year through another bunch of bad starts, still usually loses out in direct battles with other cars on track...Plus this year on some of the tracks where he was able to beat Vettel in the past he has failed to do so (Spain, Monaco). Silverstone is another track he has been close to Vettel in the past (having no stop-go sequences where using a lot curb is required helps him IMO), so I think if he loses out there again it's an indication he's on the way down (and possibly out).
