@Richard, three parties were before the tribunal,three were found equally responsible for the fiasco and unless Pirelli or the FIA appeals this verdict there will be three convicted entities including the rules makers. Three equals two, Pirelli and Mercedes, plus the FIA. Please quote the tribunal completely. Put another way Pirelli 33 1/3 percent, Mercedes 33 1/3 percent, something is missing wouldn't you say. Also the tribunal weren't sure that the Ferrari tests, which no one had known about as well,were legal but they were not among the subjects of the trial.
