It's not that sensationalized, they didn't make it public. Obviously no one expected it to remain a secret, but Mercedes didn't want anyone to know before the test, otherwise it would not have taken place. The punishment was asinine. Although Merc would have gotten data from young drivers test, it was really fu***d up for them to pay for this. It's like throwing your mother in jail for a crime you committed. Shame on you !
