I did say that fia (or more correctly, Charlie) were also responsible! kiwi. did you follow the tribunal? they were found guilty of breaching the sporting codes which includes the rule of not testing with a current car. using a 2013 car was one of the main issues of this case. and are you saying that "Mercedes had no reason not to believe that fia approval had not been given.."? brawn has been in the game, and in the firing line long enough to know that Charlie can only give his OPINION, something that was clearly stated in charlies email. isn't it funny how teams that have been in the business for a much shorter time, knew that, but brawn didn't?
