Continued, (connected) to the turbo shaft, this MGU-H (heat) will act as a motor when rotating (spooling up) the turbo, or as a generator when rotated by the turbo shaft when it can either charge the batteries or put additional power into the MGU-K (kinetic).
Now for some more details, the cars will be allocated 100kg of fuel for a race.
The engine will have a fuel flow restriction of maximum 100kg/hr.
The above means that full engine power will not be able to be used at will.
