35. where have I said I dispute the verdict. I have repeatedly said that there were three sides at fault, and even though I might not think the penalty decision was right, I have said that we have to accept it. all I have been doing is straightening some facts that others have been getting confused about. even before the tribunal held that Charlie had no authority to allow the test, I pointed that out, and was shot down by a number of posters. another fact that confuses some is that Pirelli did not ask for a 2013 car. they invited Ferrari, rbr and merc to "a test". it was merc saying they did not have a 2011 car available, who initiated all this 2013 car problem. merc "misunderstood" Charlie, and all the hoohaa began.
