I am not attacking you, but when the tribunal findings actually state a fact, I have no problem repeating that fact. the issue of the Pirelli contract and its points of reference was at issue, and the position was made clear about the requirement , specified in the contract, to accept the f1 rules and regs. so, whereas I have not seen the contract, I would take it that the qc chairing the tribunal, should be believed. its ok by me if you don't want to believe what comes from the tribunal, but I prefer to deal in actual facts
