BS, this is the famous British tabloid sensationalism, RBR and FERRARI will not, they will not break the rules, they cannot test with current drivers, they cannot test with a current car outside of the FIA allowed tests, they can only be supplied with tyres approved by the FIA. No precedent was set by the IT or the FIA, the IT judgment was preconditioned by the FIA representative (Charlie Whiting), although he is supposed to be working for the FIA it is crystal clear that his first loyalty is to THE INTERESTS OF MR F1, these type of farce’s will only stop when MR F1 will be made to stop meddling/interfering with the FIA matters.
