Pirelli are absolutely to blame for manufacturing tyres which delaminate and explode - no other manufacturers ever had this problem. Having followed F1 since the 1970s I have never witnessed such a shables as seen during the last few years. The ultimate blame for this sits squarely in the Bernie Ecclestone camp, messing with the fundamental component that mates the car with the track surface. The answer is to stop the exclusive supply arrangement.
