I don’t believe that Mercedes can be excluded from any other testing apart from the specific penalty imposed on them. The FIA has been pushed into a corner by MR F1 interference in his manipulating the sports. Pirelli is supplying tyres by MR F1 chose. It is with him they have a contract. A tyre supplier is supposed to have won a tender issued by the FIA which never happened because MR F1 done a contract with them, something which shouldn’t have happened. The control tyre Pirelli is supplying is dictated by MR F1 and not by the FIA. Pirelli is trying to get all teams to sign a contract for next year and the teams being given a shove to sign is because it is the teams that pay for the tyres and not MR F1 regardless of the contract he have with Pirelli.
